Founded in 2017, MALI + LILI is the brainchild of Co-Founder and Creative Director, JoAnne Wannarachue Lord, a long-term fashion industry veteran with wide-ranging global experience in wholesale and retail operations along with product development and design. Aptly named after her two very active and fashion savvy young daughters, MALI + LILI has quickly become a popular lifestyle brand and a great go-to source for women who crave bags that are equal parts fashion and function.

Return Policy

Returns are allowed in 30 days of purchasing. Please email help@maliandlili.com for a return authorization. Returns must be in unworn condition with all labels still attached. Customer shall pay return shipping fee if picture provided did not demonstrate defects/damage. You will receive an email confirmation once we issue your refund, and refunds will be issued via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 days for processing.
